By J’Quan Napier
For the next 13 months, our PrepBuilders team will be tracking down the entire recruiting process for Palm Beach Gardens 2015 ATH J’Quan Napier. The rising star played at quarterback for Inlet Grove (Riviera Beach) as a sophomore, but decided to transfer his talents to Palm Beach Gardens this past summer.
Napier, who will be recruited as an athlete, went on to play at wide receiver on offense and at safety on defense for the Class 8A state semifinalists. His shining moment came when he caught the game-winning interception in the final seconds of his team’s 6-0 win over Glades Central in Week 7 of this past season.
Now that his junior season has ended, Napier is keeping himself in top shape by working his way into the rotation for the BallerNation Football Club’s 7-on-7 team.
Read on to check out the Riviera Beach product’s first journal entry of how the offseason is going for him at this juncture:

Well, it’s a new year and that means there’s more opportunities to fulfill! I can’t lie; at first, making a transition to wide receiver from quarterback was pretty hard, but now I can actually say I can’t be stopped! I’m still not satisfied because I have one more year to go. This upcoming season I will be a senior. My main goal is to make it to the next level and put on for my city and family.

As I enter the year, I have no offers. Sometimes, it’s depressing but it’s really motivation for me to keep grinding! This season my goals are to win a state ring and to be better than anybody that lines up in front of me!
